The Healing Power of Yin Yoga Masterclass

Held on the first Sunday of each month, this incredibly delicious 2 hour masterclass will take you deep into the heart of Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga is gentle but profoundly deep practice. Targeting the body’s connective tissue, these carefully designed classes reduce muscular tension, improve range of motion, improve circulation and aid in all the body’s functions (eg digestion, immunity etc). In addition they have a profound and lasting calming effect on the mind, thereby reducing stress and anxiety.
Time: 1st Sunday of each month 3.00pm - 5.00pm
Location: Island Alive, 431 Mitchell Drive, Pelican Lagoon (KI)
Bring: Yoga mat, block, bolster/cushion and blanket/shawl.
Pricing: $30 per class. Payment by cash on the day.
