Our refund policy is simple. 

If you have to cancel a booking then we will do our absolute best to fill your place.

• If we can fill your place at the same price, we will refund your payment less an $80 admin fee. 

• If we are unable to fill your place, then your payment will unfortunately be forfeited. 

• For hardship or compassionate cancellations please contact us directly. 

ONLINE CLASSES

Subscriptions

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until you cancel the subscription.
No refunds. Monthly membership has NO lock in contract. You are free to cancel at anytime.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: NOTE: you will loose membership access IMMEDIATELY upon cancelling, so it is recommended you cancel a day or two before your subscription period ends. Customers who buy subscription products can view, manage or cancel their subscriptions from their customer account. After logging in, click My account, and then Subscriptions.

CONSCIOUSNESS MENTORING

If you need to cancel your booking and do so more than 12 hours prior to the appointment time, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule. If cancelled within 12 hours of appointment time please contact Mark to make arrangements. Your fee may be forfeited for frequent cancellations. No refunds for no shows (if you do not take the call).
